The Sea Trek Underwater Adventure Program is a 30 minute open ocean experience will lead you on an underwater trail through the vibrant coral reef surrounding the park’s undersea observatory with many local tropical fish species and sea life. The best part of this program, you do not need to be SCUBA certified. However, you should be comfortable in the water because you will be submerged in 15 to 20 feet of Caribbean sea. Plus, the program includes orientation, dive, and all the park amenities and exhibits. 8 years old +Details:
A 15-20 minute educational presentation prior to entering the water.
Dive duration = approximately 30 minutes.
Total duration = 45 minutes (Includes check-in, orientation, dive, and photo processing)
Participant weight requirement = at least 80 pounds (36 kilograms).
Maximum group size: 8 participants
Maximum depth = approximately 20 feet (6 meters)
Group size: limited to 8 people to ensure a very personal experience.
All Participants must be 8 years old and up
In addition, you will get an opportunity to see Animal Exhibits with Tropical Fish, Birds, Rays, Sharks, and Sea Turtles. You could spend 3-4 hours in the facility.
No Pregnant Women
No Jewelry, Body Piercing, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins

Cruise Ship Passengers:
Your Cruise Ship should enter the St Thomas Port by 7 to 8 am and leave Port by 5 to 6pm or later.
St Thomas is on Atlantic Standard Time and cruise ships will be on boat time which means St Thomas might be one hour ahead of the ship time.
Call Us if you are concerned about timing to make the program and get back to your cruise ship on time.
Taking a taxi is the easiest way to get to Coral World. Taxis are readily available at the cruise ship docks, hotels and the downtown shopping district. The taxi fare from the Havensight cruise ship dock and downtown is approximately $9 per person for two or more passengers. The taxi fare from the Crown Bay cruise ship dock is approximately $10 per person for two or more passengers. Rates vary from each hotel depending on its location.

Photography
If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your sea trek program.
Observer must stay in the observation area.
There will be professional photographer taking photos and video of you and your group with the dolphins.
A Photo starts @ $40 for individual photos, $99 for a download of all your photos, and the deluxe package of 5 photos plus photo album and unlimited downloads of all your photos @ $138.
NO cameras allowed in the water with the dolphins.

Redemption Instructions
Upon arrival, please proceed to check-in window, present your dolphin program confirmation number or your last name, which you will receive after making your reservation via email or text.
Confirmation number is a must for entrance.
You do not need to have a printed voucher.
All customers/participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating in this activity.
Refunds / Cancellations and Changes:
All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email or regular mail.
A 10% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations prior 31 days of activity date.
A 50% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date.
A 75% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date.
Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, where you would not incur any penalties except the change fee. This gift certificate will be good for 1 year from the date of the certificate.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has a confirmation number and confirmed, a refund or change can only be made more than 7 days of the activity date and any change to the program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

No, once you get off the ship, you will notice that there are available taxis along the street.
What services are offered in Coral World St Thomas?
We have cubicles for your belongings, dressing rooms, showers, restrooms and a snack bar with sandwiches, hotdogs, ice creams, French fries and sodas for sale.
What else could I do after my dolphin program in St Thomas?
You can view all the exhibits before or after your animal interaction like the following, Caribbean Reef Encounter, Stingray Lagoon, Shark Shallows, Touch Pool, Turtle Pool, Critter Corners, & Undersea Observatory Tower.
Is there an entrance fee for observers?
Yes, visitors and companions are welcomed animal interaction to watch from a designated area. Observers will need a very good zoom lens on your camera for any photos of participants.
Is there a place where I can eat while I’m in the park?
Yes, we have a restaurant in case you want to eat something.
Should I bring a towel?
We advise you to take your own towel.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend to arrive to the check in time on your ticket and text.
Do you have transportation service?
No, for the moment we don’t offer transportation service.
What if there is inclement weather?
Our programs go on rain or shine, so there are no cancellations or refunds in these cases. However, since this program is in the ocean, there might be rescheduling or cancellation due to ocean conditions. You must show up at the facility in order to get a refund or reschedule.
