Sea Lion Encounter Program is a 30 minute experience including touching, petting, playing, kissing in a private behind the scenes staging area. All of the behaviors are out of the water on a dry staging area, where you will pet, play, feed and kiss the sea lion. This program is great for the entire family and no swimming involved with this experience. Plus, Briefing Time with Trainer, Interacting with Birds, Reptiles, Stingrays, Shark Exhibit and more.
St Thomas Sea Lion Encounter (non-swim) Details:
A 15-20 minute educational presentation prior to entering with the sea lion.
A 30 minute private staging and platform work with the sea lion.
The Sea Lion Program includes: touching, kissing, feeding and training with a sea lion. (Approximately 1 1/2 hours with the Sea Lion, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab)
There are NO swimming with the Sea Lion in this experience.
Group size: limited to 10 people to ensure a very personal experience.
All Participants must be 1 years old and up
Anyone within 1 – 9 years old, must have a paid Adult participant 1 Adult per 1 Child.
In addition, you will get an opportunity to see Animal Exhibits with Tropical Fish, Birds, Rays, Sharks, and Sea Turtles. You could spend 3-4 hours in the facility.
No Pregnant Women
No Jewelry, Body Piercing, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins

Must be able to understand directions given in English or have a paid family member or friend in the water to translate.

Coral World is located adjacent to Coki Beach on Coki Point, a peninsula on the northeast shore of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
You will get complete ticket and directions either by email or text. You can not get lost.

Cruise Ship Passengers:
Your Cruise Ship should enter the St Thomas Port by 7 to 8 am and leave Port by 5 to 6pm or later.
St Thomas is on Atlantic Standard Time and cruise ships will be on boat time which means St Thomas might be one hour ahead of the ship time.
Call Us if you are concerned about timing to make the program and get back to your cruise ship on time.
Taking a taxi is the easiest way to get to Coral World. Taxis are readily available at the cruise ship docks, hotels and the downtown shopping district. The taxi fare from the Havensight cruise ship dock and downtown is approximately $9 per person for two or more passengers. The taxi fare from the Crown Bay cruise ship dock is approximately $10 per person for two or more passengers. Rates vary from each hotel depending on its location.

Photography
Observer are not allowed to come and watch this private program with the sea lion.
There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and your group with the dolphins.
A Photo starts @ $40 for individual photos, $99 for a download of all your photos, and the deluxe package of 5 photos plus photo album and unlimited downloads of all your photos @ $138.
NO cameras allowed in the water with the sea lion.

You will get up close and personal with a Sea Lion in a private staging area of the park. In this program you and the sea lion will share a series of thrilling activities while establishing a unique bond. The South American sea lions on St Thomas US Virgin Islands offer guests a very special opportunity to get up close and personal with these intelligent yet very entertaining antics. After your orientation session, you will have plenty of fun and educational interactions. You will have an many opportunity to touch, pet, and play games with the sea lions as they demonstrate their amazing agility. There will be a staff photographer who will take a lot of photos of your experience for purchase afterwards.

Redemption Instructions
Upon arrival, please proceed to check-in window, present your dolphin program confirmation number or your last name, which you will receive after making your reservation via email or text.
Confirmation number is a must for entrance.
You do not need to have a printed voucher.
All customers/participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating in this activity.
Refunds / Cancellations and Changes:
All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email or regular mail.
A 10% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations prior 31 days of activity date.
A 50% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date.
A 75% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date.
Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, where you would not incur any penalties except the change fee. This gift certificate will be good for 1 year from the date of the certificate.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has a confirmation number and confirmed, a refund or change can only be made more than 7 days of the activity date and any change to the program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Is it difficult to find taxis from the pier to Coral World location?
No, once you get off the ship, you will notice that there are available taxis along the street.
What services are offered in Coral World St Thomas?
We have cubicles for your belongings, dressing rooms, showers, restrooms and a snack bar with sandwiches, hotdogs, ice creams, French fries and sodas for sale.
What else could I do after my dolphin program in St Thomas?
You can view all the exhibits before or after your animal interaction like the following, Caribbean Reef Encounter, Stingray Lagoon, Shark Shallows, Touch Pool, Turtle Pool, Critter Corners, & Undersea Observatory Tower.
Is there an entrance fee for observers?
Yes, visitors and companions are welcomed to entered the park but can not go to watch the private sea lion program.
Is there a place where I can eat while I’m in the park?
Yes, we have a restaurant in case you want to eat something.
Could I have a towel if I swim with dolphins in St Thomas?
We advise you to take your own towel.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend to arrive to the check in time on your ticket and text.
Do you offer therapy programs with Sea Lion?
No, we currently do not have this service, our programs are educational and interactive. However, we invite you to contact us and we can review the participant’s disability and see if we can accommodate them.
Do you have transportation service?
No, for the moment we don’t offer transportation service.
Will I have to wear a life jacket?
The use of life jackets is required in all water programs, our staff will provide the jacket that best suits your complexion, we have jackets available in different sizes and for babies one year old and up.
Can I use my camera?
For security reasons, is not allowed to use cameras in the water, professional photos will be available for sale.
What if there is inclement weather?
Our programs go on rain or shine, so there are no cancellations or refunds in these cases.
