Responsibilities, Terms, & Conditions, & Cancellation Policy

RESPONSIBILITY:
The responsibility of Dolphin World, Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. and/or its agents are limited. Dolphin World, Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. acts only as an agent for clients in regard to travel or activities booked. Dolphin World, Keys Adventure Tours, Inc assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasional either by reason of defect, through acts of God, war, fire, breakdown in machinery, riots, strikes or from any causes beyond the control of Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. Tour services including activity times, transportation and lodging are furnished by independent contractors (suppliers) and do not act for or on behalf of Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. The acceptance of tour arrangements is deemed to be consent to the above. Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc is not reliable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any act, error or omission or for inconvenience, loss, damage, injury or death arriving out of tour arrangements.

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS, CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL & SMS:
All reservations are paid in full either by Credit Card, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay or Bitcoin. No CASH payments are allowed.

All swim with the dolphins programs and workshop prices include activity price and tax. The Panama City Beach, St Augustine and Orlando Affiliate Programs includes a convenience fee. This fee varies depending on the activity, please contact your Dolphin World Travel Specialist for all fees structure.

Email & SMS Confirmation: Once you have made your reservation, you are giving Dolphin World, Keys Adventure Tours, Inc consent and permission to use your email address and cell phone number to email and SMS your travel arrangements for your activities. You can opt out at any time for any of our emails or SMS messages.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email dolphinworldresponse@gmail.com.

10% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations prior 30 days of activity date. A 50%service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 29 – 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date. NO REFUND OR CHANGES WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who tries to cancel within the 7 day period prior or the day of your activity date, does not show up, or late for scheduled program(s).

The Panama City Beach and Orlando locations are non-refundable or changeable.

CHANGES:
Once a reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability. Acceptable changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

ACTIVITIES:
Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours acts as an agent, and assumes no liability and cannot be held responsible for nonperformance on the part of the Dolphins or Trainers or Program Features: nor will it accept responsibility for loss of or damage to unused portions of tours.  Trained Dolphin activities go on Rain or Shine. All participant must check in at least 30 – 60 minutes prior to activity time. Activity times missed due to late check in or due to weather related issues will be handled on an individual basis by each activity supplier and are not the responsibility of Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. Once the activity begins, no refunds will be provided by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc for any reason. No cash refunds will be issued for rain checks obtained at any facility / outfitter. Rain dose not constitute cancellation of activity unless the facility / outfitter officially closes. If the activity included cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of any facility or outfitter, Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours has the option to offer a fair value to be refunded or a gift certificate good for 1 year from the date of the missed activity to the tour participants. Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. will not be responsible for lost or cancelled activity times as a result of air flight delays, travel or transportation delays, war, or acts of God. All activities participant require proper attire (e.g. swimming attire, outdoor footwear, and in most cases towels).  Also, No Jewelry, No Body Piercings, No Bracelets, No Body Dermals, No Long Nails, No Nail Jewelry, No Cameras, No Hats, No Head Coverings, No Outside Objects, No Intoxication During Your Animal Interactions.

NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES:
Refunds or allowances will not be made for transportation, accommodations, activities, services or other portions of the trip which are unused on or after the tour departure date.

COMPLAINTS:
The manager on duty at the Dolphin facility must handle all issues/problems/complaints relating to the Dolphin facility or Dolphin programs nonperformance the day of your program. Once you leave the Dolphin facility, Key Adventure Tours or the Dolphin Facility can issue no compensation. If you wish to follow up and to inform us of your Dolphin Experience, all issues must be done in writing and sent to dolphinworldresponse@gmail.com.  Important: Everyone expectations are different. So if you have any questions about your dolphin experience, it is best that you contact us before your buy your dolphin experience.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS & HEALTH TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE ANIMALS:
While the Park Grounds complies with federal and state disability and accommodation laws, there may be animal interaction which may not be safely accessible to all persons. At all the Parks, safety is the only consideration that takes precedence over fun! Animal Interactions by their nature may not be acceptable or tolerable to some guests and may cause injury to some participants with known or unknown pre-existing conditions. For your protection, many of the animal interactions incorporate safety systems that are designed to accommodate people with certain characteristics, such as average physical stature and body proportion. These safety precautions may place restrictions on the ability of certain individuals to safely experience an animal interaction.

In general, you should only engage in or participate in certain animal interactions, if you are in good health and believe that you can safely do so, and only then if you are not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol or other substances which may impair your judgment or ability to safely enjoy animal interaction. Do not participate if you know or suspect that you may be pregnant, have high blood pressure or other heart condition, neck, back/spine or body problems, motion sickness or balance issues, recent surgery, neurological or vision disorders, conditions affecting coordination and muscle control, seizures or fainting spells, or any other medical condition that may affect your ability to fully enjoy the animal interaction in a safe and controlled manner. If you have any impairment or condition that would prevent a normal animal interaction with trainers and guests or any inability to follow any safety instructions or requirement. INSURANCE:
Passengers are strongly advised to protect themselves with insurance. 100% refund/optional cancellation, accident, health and baggage insurance are available to protect tour participants from unforeseen circumstances. Upon request, Dolphin World /Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. or your travel agent will provide further information and rates. Insurance must be purchased with payment at time of reservation by the Insurance Company. [Travel Insurance ]

Texting Policy:

  • Consent for SMS Communications: If the user (guest) has consented to received SMS (text messages) from Dolphin World, their SMS consent and phone number will not be shared or sold to any third party for marketing purposes.
  • Types of SMS communication from Dolphin World: The user (guest) will receive order updates, delivery updates, or other relevant information.
  • Message Frequency: On average, you may receive between 5 to 10 messages per day, though this may vary depending on your requests.
  • Examples of SMS Message: Dear Sir/Madam, Your appointment for the Dolphin Encounter is on November 24 at 1:30pm for 4 participants.
  • Standard Messaging Disclosure: To opt out on one of our SMS message use the word “STOP”.  To get help with any SMS message use the word “HELP”.  Also, that data rates may apply.
