There’s no doubt about it, Miami is and forever will be considered one of the planet’s trendiest hot spots. With its many globally renowned resorts, restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries, not to mention its stretches of soft-sand beach, visitors to Miami will experience no shortage of amazing things to do. But the biggest thrills are to be had by swimming with dolphins in Miami.
Miami’s Seaquarium is on Key Biscayne, a group of small Islands off of downtown Miami. There are a few different ways you can get there:
Bus – Buses go to and from the islands all day long. Fares are very cheap, just $3 each way, but it will take you an hour and a half to get there and an hour and a half to get back to your hotel because of all the stops. That’s 3 hours you could be doing something else fun besides sitting on a bus.
Taxis – You’ll get there quicker, but you’ll also pay more. A taxi ride will take about 20-30 minutes and cost you between $25 and $30 each way. Depending on how many people are in your party, you may have to take more than one taxi.
Rental car – You can hire a rental car at the airport when you arrive to get around town during your vacation. The only downside is that it can be frustrating (and sometimes dangerous) driving around a city or area that is unfamiliar to you.
Dolphin World Van Service – Our transportation service will pick you and your party up at your hotel and take you safely and swiftly to Seaquarium. We’ll also bring you back home at the end of the day, and we’ll even throw in some complimentary items from time to time. We pick up from West Palm Beach to Naples and Marco Island (west coast).
