The Dolphin Park is on the Key Biscayne Island chain which is a group of Islands between Downtown Miami and Coconut Grove Miami.

Transportation
We do offer a shuttle service for extra cost. The cost we have listed on our website includes round trip van service with driver and your dolphin programs and shows. In most cases, it will seem like a private service, because it will be just your group and the driver. You will appreciate this service if you need transportation because it is prompt and the driver can professionally deal with the Miami traffic and roads.
Cruise Customers – Pre and Post Activity
If you are taking a cruise from Miami or Ft Lauderdale, you may want to add a dolphin program before or after your cruise is finished in South Florida. So you will need to do your best and add an extra day to your vacation so you and your family and friends can enjoy the dolphins in Miami.
The dolphin facility does have luggage storage if want to store your luggage during your dolphin program.
There are hot showers and changing rooms for after your dolphin program. Free towels and lockers are provided, too.
You cannot bring any cameras into the water during your dolphin program. You can take photos anywhere else within the park but you will need to either have an observer with you to take photos of you and the dolphins or you can purchase the photos that the professional photographers have taken of you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does an observer get to touch or interact with any animals?
No, the observer only gets to watch the person in the water with the animals. An observer can take photos and videos of the participants and also get to see all the shows. An observer gets to do everything except go into the water with any of the animals.
Do you have a kennel to put our dog in while we visit?
No we do not have any type of facilities for pets. Only service dogs with proper identification are permitted on park grounds.
Do you have any wheelchairs or strollers available for the public? Yes, we do have wheelchairs and strollers available for rent from the Guest Services area at the entrance of the park on a first come, first served basis. $25 rental fee.
Beside the Animal Interaction I paid for, what other activities do I get with my purchase?
You need to plan at least 2 hours for your animal interaction, time with the animal, educational briefing, and looking at your photos afterwards. Also, you need to allow at least 4 hours to see all of our shows and exhibits. Show times do vary from day to day and are established each morning. You will get a show schedule upon arrival. So you are purchasing a 1/2 day of activities.
Do I have to stay for the shows if I purchase my animal interaction?
No, you don’t have to stay for the shows, but they are complimentary with the price of your dolphin program.
When I purchase my half day of activities, will I be told when my animal interaction will be?
Yes, when we send your complete ticket and directions to you, you will see on your ticket your check in time and your animal interaction time. This way you can plan out your day.
Do I need to print out my tickets?
No, you do not need to print out your ticket. Since we email your ticket to you, you will need to either print your ticket or keep your ticket on your smart phone and show it to check in window to gain your entrance.
