In SeaWorld Park you will come face-to-face with marine life and ride coasters all day. This park is family-friendly with many events and live performances. In Aquatica, you will experience many high-speed water slides, exhilarating wave pools, tranquil beaches, and remarkable animal habitats.
Orlando Florida Combo Details:
- A 15-20 minute educational presentation prior to entering the water with the dolphins.
- A 30 minute shallow and deep water experience including touching, playing and training with a dolphin. You will also swim into deeper water and get a dolphin ride across the water with a dorsal fin ride. For the non-swimmer, you can substitute your dolphin ride for an extra shallow water behavior.
- Each dolphin session is unique, based upon the guests and dolphins.

The time slots are first come, first serve. The swims start at 10am and are every 30 minutes during the day. If you arrive late, you will be given the last time slot of the day. No check-in after 1pm. We recommend arriving early to enjoy everything the park has to offer. This is a full day of activities.

The Dolphin Facility is next to SeaWorld Orlando with easy signage to find from all major highways and roads. You will receive complete written directions with your online ticket.

Redemption Instructions
Upon arrival, please proceed to check-in window, present your dolphin program confirmation number or your last name, which you will receive after making your reservation.
- Confirmation number is a must for entrance.
- You do not need to have a printed voucher.
- You must bring valid ID to get into the park.
Refunds / Cancellations and Changes:
All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email or regular mail.
- A 10% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations prior 31 days of activity date.
- A 50% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date.
- A 75% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date.
- Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, where you would not incur any penalties except the change fee. This gift certificate will be good for 1 year from the date of the certificate.
- NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has a confirmation number and confirmed, a refund or change can only be made more than 7 days of the activity date and any change to the program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Does your program go on Rain or Shine?
Yes, this program goes on Rain or Shine. The dolphin swim and shows will go on most of the time. If there is thunder, there might be a delay before the program resumes again.

Are reservations required to spend the day at Discovery Cove?
Since Discovery Cove limits attendance to about 1,300 guests per day, it is highly recommended you make a reservation for your visit. If you are planning on visiting during the summer or near a holiday, you should book your reservation at least two months prior to your intended visit to ensure availability. Once you have made a reservation, simply check in on the date of your visit with your name, confirmation number, and photo ID for guests over 18.
If Discovery Cove is a Day Resort, does that mean this includes an overnight stay?
Discovery Cove is a day resort as it is an all-inclusive day where meals, drinks, gear, and activities are included once you check in for your day of discovery. For overnight accommodations please see our

What is the age requirement to swim with the dolphins?
Guests of all ages are welcomed at Discovery Cove. Children ages 6-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult participating in the dolphin swim experience.
- Must be 15 to enter the park without parental supervision.
- All minors participating in the Dolphin Experience must have release forms signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Guests under 18 participating in SeaVenture must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Why is the Day resort price the same for adults and children?
Since children are able to participate in all park activities, there is no children’s rate. However, toddlers age 2 and under receive complimentary admission.
What is included with my admission?
Admission includes lockers, wetsuits, towels, mask usage, free parking, shower amenities, souvenir snorkel, breakfast, lunch, drinks, snacks and access to Explorer’s Aviary, The Grand Reef®, Freshwater Oasis®, Serenity Bay and Wind-Away River.
Do I need to be a good swimmer?

How long is the dolphin swim experience?
The in-water dolphin experience lasts approximately 30 minutes, with a 10 minute orientation beforehand.
What are the operating hours for Discovery Cove?
Discovery Cove operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. Check-in begins at 7:15 a.m.

What should I wear?
Guests should bring swimsuits, water shoes if desired, sunglasses and a cover-up. Wetsuits and swim vests are provided.
What do I need to bring?
Discovery Cove provides masks, snorkels, towels and beach chairs. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Are cameras allowed?
Personal cameras are allowed in most areas except Dolphin Lagoons and Shark Swim for safety reasons.
What is the temperature of the water?
Freshwater areas are maintained around 85-86°F (30°C). Saltwater areas are maintained around 76-77°F (25°C).
Will I need to wear a wetsuit?
Guests must wear a wetsuit or swim vest while in the water for safety reasons.
Are there restrictions for expectant mothers?
Expectant mothers are advised to consult a doctor before participating in dolphin interactions due to the physical nature of the activity.
Age restrictions for unaccompanied minors
Visitors 14 and younger should be accompanied by an adult. Guests 15-17 visiting alone must have authorization forms signed by a parent or guardian.
