The Dolphin Swim and Splash Program is appoximately 20 minute shallow and deep water experience including touching, petting, playing, kissing, and you will go swimming next to the dolphin in a one acre ocean enclosure. Most of the behaviors that are in deep water where you will pet and play with the dolphin – You must be able to swim for this program. There are no rides or pushes by the dolphin in this experience but a natural free swim that you won’t be able to forget with them. Plus, Briefing Time with Trainer, Interacting with Birds, Reptiles, Stingrays, Shark Exhibit and more.
St Thomas USVI Dolphin Swim & Splash Details:
A 15-20 minute educational presentation prior to entering the water with the dolphins.
A 20 minute shallow and deep water experience with the dolphin.
The Dolphin Program includes: touching, kissing, feeding and training with a dolphin and the opportunity for a deep-water interaction, where you will free swim and continue to pet, play and touch the dolphin. (Approximately 1 1/2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab)
There are NO ride with the dolphins, no pushing or pulling by the dolphins during the swim portion of the experience.
Group size: limited to 10 people to ensure a very personal experience.
All Participants must be 7 years old and up
Anyone within 7 – 9 years old, must have a paid Adult participant 1 Adult per 2 Children. An Adult is anyone 18 years old and up.
A life vest is provided for use during the session. Guests should bring their own bathing suit and towel.
 You must be able to swim to participate in this program.
This program is in a natural ocean sanctuary where the ocean and the weather can effect water conditions. There is a chance that the facility can cancel or change your program. You must be present at the park to get a refund or reschedule your dolphin experience.
In addition, you will get an opportunity to see Animal Exhibits with Tropical Fish, Birds, Rays, Sharks, and Sea Turtles. You could spend 3-4 hours in the facility.
No Pregnant Women
No Jewelry, Body Piercing, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins

Cruise Ship Passengers:
Your Cruise Ship should enter the St Thomas Port by 7 to 8 am and leave Port by 5 to 6pm or later.
St Thomas is on Atlantic Standard Time and cruise ships will be on boat time which means St Thomas might be one hour ahead of the ship time.
Call Us if you are concerned about timing to make the program and get back to your cruise ship on time.
Taking a taxi is the easiest way to get to Coral World. Taxis are readily available at the cruise ship docks, hotels and the downtown shopping district. The taxi fare from the Havensight cruise ship dock and downtown is approximately $9 per person for two or more passengers. The taxi fare from the Crown Bay cruise ship dock is approximately $10 per person for two or more passengers. Rates vary from each hotel depending on its location.

If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your dolphin program.
Observer must stay in the observation area.
There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and your group with the dolphins.

Confirmation number is a must for entrance.
You do not need to have a printed voucher.
All customers/participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating in this activity.
Refunds / Cancellations and Changes:
All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email or regular mail.
A 10% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations prior 31 days of activity date.
A 50% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date.
A 75% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date.
Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, where you would not incur any penalties except the change fee. This gift certificate will be good for 1 year from the date of the certificate.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has a confirmation number and confirmed, a refund or change can only be made more than 7 days of the activity date and any change to the program date is subject to availability. Where is the dolphin habitat in St Thomas?
The Dolphin habitat is an large enclosed area in natural sea water.
Am I able to hold onto a dolphin’s dorsal fin or get any ride and be pulled around in the water as part of my dolphin swim program?
No. Coral World want to ensure that the dolphin swim programs are fun for the dolphins and guests and that the guests spend a maximum amount of time with the animals. The interactions in each program are tailored to meet those goals. Dorsal fin tows or any ride require time to ensure each guest is trained to do them properly, and that means other guests will spend time waiting rather than enjoying the animals they have come to St Thomas to experience.
Is it difficult to find taxis from the pier to Coral World location?
No, once you get off the ship, you will notice that there are available taxis along the street.
What services are offered in Coral World St Thomas?
We have cubicles for your belongings, dressing rooms, showers, restrooms and a snack bar with sandwiches, hotdogs, ice creams, French fries and sodas for sale.
What else could I do after my dolphin program in St Thomas?
You can view all the exhibits before or after your animal interaction like the following, Caribbean Reef Encounter, Stingray Lagoon, Shark Shallows, Touch Pool, Turtle Pool, Critter Corners, & Undersea Observatory Tower.
Is there an entrance fee for observers?
Yes, visitors and companions are welcomed animal interaction to watch from a designated area. Observers will need a very good zoom lens on your camera for any photos of participants.
Is there a place where I can eat while I’m in the park?
Yes, we have a restaurant in case you want to eat something.
Could I have a towel if I swim with dolphins in St Thomas?
We advise you to take your own towel.
How early should I arrive?

Do you offer therapy programs with dolphins?
No, we currently do not have this service, our programs are educational and interactive. However, we invite you to contact us and we can review the participant’s disability and see if we can accommodate them.
Do you have transportation service?
No, for the moment we don’t offer transportation service.
Will I have to wear a life jacket?
The use of life jackets is required in all water programs, our staff will provide the jacket that best suits your complexion, we have jackets available in different sizes and for babies one year old and up.
Can I use my camera?
For security reasons, is not allowed to use cameras in the water, professional photos will be available for sale.
What if there is inclement weather?
Our programs go on rain or shine, so there are no cancellations or refunds in these cases. However, since this program is in the ocean, there might be rescheduling or cancellation due to ocean conditions. You must show up at the facility in order to get a refund or reschedule.
