Children’s participation is based mainly on height. Children over 4.6 ft may participate alone in any dolphin program by paying the adult rate. Children over 3.9 ft and up to 4.6 ft may participate alone in the Encounter program, but must be accompanied by a paying adult for Swim Adventure or Royal Swim. Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft may participate in the Encounter program with one paying adult, and must be accompanied by two paying adults for Swim Adventure or Royal Swim. Children under 3.3 ft are considered infants and may only participate in Encounter-style activities if the life jacket fits properly.
Program activities vary by experience. The Royal Swim includes interactive shallow and deep-water time with close-up dolphin interaction. The Swim Adventure includes in-water dolphin interaction with educational and interactive elements. The Dolphin Encounter is a shallow-water experience with educational information about dolphin behavior and anatomy.
Maximum group sizes are typically 10 guests for Royal Swim, 12 guests for Swim Adventure, and 15 to 20 guests for Dolphin Encounter.

Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled date may qualify for a refund, less a 10% bank charge. Cancellations made with less than 4 days’ notice do not qualify for a refund.
