At Isla Mujeres in Cancun Mexico, you can swim with dolphins in the Caribbean Sea in a natural habitat. What makes the Royal Swim different than any other swim with dolphin program is the famous foot push, where two dolphins will lift you out of the water from the soles of your feet. The interactive dolphin program also includes the dorsal tow, where two dolphins will pull you across the water as you hold on to their dorsal fins. The dolphins will show you all the exciting games they love to play in Isla Mujeres. Enjoy our beach club and spend the day away relaxing at the pool.
Inclusions:
A 15-20 minute educational presentation prior to entering the water with the dolphins.
A one hour mostly deep water experience including touching, and training with a dolphin. You will swim into deeper water for more interactions and multiple rides. You will get a dolphin ride across the pool with a dorsal fin ride or free swim with the dolphin(s) and toe push where you will get 2 dolphins on the ball of your feet and push through the water.
Personal photo opportunities with a dolphin.
A life jackets will be provided for use during the dolphin session. Wet Suits are NOT provided.
Guests should bring their own bathing suits and towels.

Children from 8 years or more than 120cm tall can participate accompanied by 1 adult in the Royal Swim program.
Children aged 10 years or above 140cm tall can participate on their own in any program paying the adult rate.
Children from 1 up to 7 years old or with less than 120cm tall may participate accompanied by 2 adults in the Royal Swim program only performing the activities Kiss, Hand Target and Handshake.

Remember, there are 2 free ferry services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am in different departure points according to your booked program. Dock fee of $10.00 USD payable at check-in. Isla Mujeres In the Caribbean Sea emerges the small picturesque Isla Mujeres, at a distance of 6 kilometers from Cancun. In this beautiful place, with its cliffs perfectly carved by nature, bordering the idyllic turquoise Caribbean Sea, surrounded by the green of the rainforest and the thousand colors of the houses that could not be more beautiful.
Hotel / Resort Guests:
If you are staying at the hotel zone, the easiest way to get to the departure point is to take the bus to Playa Langosta located in Boulevard Kukulcan (hotel zone) at kilometer 4.5, or to Marina Aquatours you will also find taxis that will take you (for about 10-30 USD depending on the where you are) but we recommend the bus since is cheaper (about 1 USD per person) and easier than a taxi.
Remember to arrive 40 minutes early to do your check in and receive your identification bracelet. This is very important since without it you will not be allowed to board the ferry.

Redemption Instructions
Upon arrival, please proceed to check-in window, present your dolphin program confirmation number or your last name, which you will receive after making your reservation via email or text.
Confirmation number is a must for entrance.
You do not need to have a printed voucher.
All customers/participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating in this activity.
Refunds / Cancellations and Changes:
All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email or regular mail.
A 10% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations prior 31 days of activity date.
A 50% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date.
A 75% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date.
Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, where you would not incur any penalties except the change fee. This gift certificate will be good for 1 year from the date of the certificate.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has a confirmation number and confirmed, a refund or change can only be made more than 7 days of the activity date and any change to the program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Where is Isla Mujeres and where do I have to take the ferry for Dolphin Discovery Isla Mujeres and at what time?
Remember we have 2 free ferry services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am in different departure points according to your booked program: From Playa Langosta for all swim with dolphins programs and garrafon + swim with dolphins programs scheduled 10:30 am. From Marina Aquatours for Garrafon programs and Garrafon + swim with dolphins program scheduled at 3:30 pm. Please note that the arrival point for your return will be Playa Langosta. Consider this information if you, for example, leave a car in Marina Aquatours.
How do I get to Marina Aquatours or Playa Langosta if I’m staying in Cancun?
You can get there by bus, the ticket is less than $1 USD; or you can take a taxi from your hotel, ask the concierge about the details to avoid delays and calculate fees.
How far is Isla Mujeres from Cancun by ferry?
Isla Mujeres is a small island located in front of Cancun. The boat ride from Cancun to Isla Mujeres is about 30 or 40 minutes.
Does the ferry round trip from Cancun to Isla Mujeres have an additional cost?
For this Isla Mujeres trip the ferry transportation is free for all participants; however there’s a dock fee of $10.00 USD for ea. swimmer and ea. companion.
Does the program rate change if I’m staying in Isla Mujeres and I don’t need the ferry service?
No, the swim-with-dolphins program rate is the same because the ferry service does not have any payable fee as it is completely free for participants.
How do I get to Dolphin Discovery location if I’m in Isla Mujeres?
If you are staying in Isla Mujeres, simply take a taxi to Discovery Island, the Dolphin Discovery location in Isla Mujeres. You must arrive 30 minutes before your program begins.
What else can I do in Isla Mujeres location after my dolphin program?
You can enjoy all the facilities and amenities in our dolphinarium: swimming pool, hammocks, restaurant, and snack bar. You can also explore the island by yourself but remember that the last ferry departure is at 5:30 p.m.
How far is Cancun from Isla Mujeres by ferry?
Cancun is located in front of Cancun. The boat ride from Isla Mujeres to Cancun is about 30 or 40 minutes.
Is there a safe place where I can leave my stuff?
We have no cost lockers where you can leave your belongings safely and reliably as we have locks on the latest technology.
What is your policy on children?
Infants are considered children 1 to 5 years, whom do not pay the service, however for the Encounter program must have 1 year of age and / or life jacket must fit properly.
We consider them children 6 to 12 years, but for programs should measure 1.20 m and in the company of a paying adult or 1.40 m to perform any program alone. The children will do activities appropriate to their age and height.
What activities are carried out in each program?
Royal Swim: Foot Push, Dorsal Tow, Handshake, Kiss, Hand target, hug.
Dolphin Encounter: Hand target, kiss, handshake, as well as information about the behavior and anatomy of dolphins.
How many people are in the water at the same time?
Royal Swim: 10 maximum.
Swim Adventure: 12 people maximum.
Dolphin Encounter: 15 to 20 people maximum.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend to arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled time as you need to check in and receive a small induction.
Can I feed the dolphins?
Dolphins have a specifically balanced diet according to their age, activity and development, so feeding dolphins is not allowed as this could affect their health.
Do you offer therapy programs with dolphins?
No, we currently do not have this service, our programs are educational and interactive. However, we invite you to participate in any of our programs, you can review the security policies section for more information on the participation of people with disabilities.
Do you have transportation service?
Yes, we have transportation service included for those who have a dolphin swim program (service not available for hotels in La Romana zone). Companions shall make an additional payment of 20 USD. (This service must be requested through email to customercare@dolphindiscovery.com or by phone 24 hours before the program).
How I can recognize the transportation vehicle?
All our units have the Dolphin Discovery logo, plus our staff will have distinctive uniform.
What will be the schedule of my transportation?
The timetables for your pick up and return will be scheduled at the time of your reservation.
Will I have to wear a life jacket?
The use of life jackets is required in all water programs, our staff will provide the jacket that best suits your complexion, we have jackets available in different sizes and for babies one year old and up.
I am a person with disabilities, Can I participate in the programs?
People with disabilities may participate in our programs, this requires filling a format and send it via email to info@dolphindiscovery.com,  in this format is to specify the type of special attention they require and based on this information we can determine which is the best program for you and how many people will assist you.
Can I use my camera?
For security reasons, is not allowed to use cameras in the water, professional photos will be available for sale.
Can pregnant women participate?
Our programs dolphin swim Swim Adventure and Royal Swim are not allowed for pregnant women, however our Dolphin Encounter program is a great option for women with up to 5 months of pregnancy, previously signing a waiver and accompanied by another adult.
What if there is inclement weather?
Our programs go on rain or shine, so there are no cancellations or refunds in these cases.
